How can I cancel my order?Updated 3 months ago

If any order needs to be canceled, you must call us immediately at 1.877.762.9869.

Your order can only be canceled prior to it leaving the warehouse. If your order is shipped prior to us being notified, you will have to contact MaxTow Gauges for an RMA number and will be responsible for the cost of return shipping. 

We will provide you with an RMA number to write on the box and also on a piece of paper and put in the box.

Once we receive it and confirm everything is in brand new condition, we will refund your order or proceed with an exchange.

We are not responsible for email cancellation requests.

The only acceptable cancellation method is to call and notify us immediately.
