How do I return my order and get a refund?Updated 3 months ago

In order to return your order, you will need to contact us to receive an RMA Number. RMA numbers will only be issued if you request to return the product within the 30 day return period.  You will write this number on the box and also on a piece of paper and put it in the box, then ship the item back to us. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.  Please make sure to insure the package in case of loss or damage.  Once we receive the product and confirm it is in brand new condition, we will issue your refund.
