If a package is returned to us due to an undeliverable or an incomplete address, a refund will automatically be issued upon delivery back to our shipping facility. Once the refund has been submitted you will be notified by a Customer Service Representative. If you would still like to receive the items you will need to place a new order. Please note that shipping charges are not refundable for a package that is undeliverable.
 For International customers, the refund will be less all shipping charges and incurred brokerage fees.
