MaxTow now offers a 30 Day No Hassle Return Policy!
Our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee has you covered. If anything you purchase from us fails to live up to your expectations, we will issue a refund for the undamaged product within 30 days of the original purchase date.
It's that simple.
- After 30 days from the date of purchase, all sales are final.
- Returns & exchanges will only be permitted if MaxTow Gauges is contacted within 30 days of the purchase date.
- When returning any MaxTow Gauges product, all merchandise must be in the original packaging and contain all accessories and instructions manuals. Missing accessories will result in a reduced credit amount by the actual replacement cost of those items.
- All sensors must be in a sealed plastic bag when returning Fuel Pressure Gauges.
- All EGT probes must be in a sealed plastic bag when returning Exhaust Temperature Gauges.
- All mounting hardware must be packaged in a sealed plastic bag.
- You are responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us.
- Any product that is being returned MUST have an RMA number attached to it. Packages that are received without an RMA number will be refused upon delivery to our warehouse and will be sent back to you. RMA numbers can be obtained by contacting our customer support and are only valid for 15 days from the issue date.
- If you are returning a holiday gift, you must contact MaxTow Gauges before January 31st. Holiday gift returns are only eligible for orders placed from November 1st through December 25. All holiday sales are final on February 1st. All returns must be in BRAND NEW condition and in the ORIGINAL packaging.
- We will issue your refund in the form of your original payment and may take up to 7 days to process once we receive the product. Once your refund is submitted it can take 7 to 10 business to post to your bank account or applied to your credit card.
